At Little Pookies, we’re all about spreading joy — one adorable product at a time. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help make it right.

🛍️ Returns

You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or order confirmation

Once we receive your return request, we’ll respond within 1 business day with instructions on how to proceed.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you within 2 business days

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days

Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow 2–3 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🔄 Exchanges

Looking to swap a size or pick another color?

  • Please initiate a return for the original item first

  • Then place a new order for the item you want

  • Once your return is approved and received, we’ll ship the new item via standard delivery within 4–7 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable

  • If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Oh no — that’s not supposed to happen!

If you received an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

We’ll resolve the issue within 2 business days and guide you on how to return or replace the product if necessary.
