  • We do not process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and tracking details.


🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

We offer standard shipping across the UAE and GCC.

  • UAE Orders: Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

  • GCC & International: Delivery may take 7–20 business days, depending on your location.

You'll see estimated delivery times at checkout for better planning.
Note: Shipping timelines may vary during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or courier delays — but we’ll always keep you informed.


💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery address

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship to selected countries outside the UAE!

  • Delivery timelines vary by country (typically 10–20 business days).

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, if applicable, are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
